Several reasons are often given to justify a lie: the fear of losing one’s job, fear of harm, to get rid of a problem, to protect themselves.

The problem is that evil never wins out in the end, and whoever follows evil will never be safe.

The righteous, however, hate lies, exaggerations, distort reports and false statements. None of these practices can be found on their lips, regardless of the circumstances. Because of that, they have assurance, confidence, and peace
