Unless you repent. The habit of attributing to God all the tragedies of humankind has been perpetuated. People often blame God for accidents and premature deaths, which He has not caused. The Lord reproves this way of thinking, for He takes no pleasure in anyone’s death.

People suffer because of their bad choices, not because God is punishing them.

Each person is responsible for their own actions, and there will be a day when all those who don not repent of their sins will be punished in eternity. The Most High is giving sinners time to repent, but it is not going to last for too long.
