You believe in God. The Lord Jesus was probably anguished because of the cruel manner in which He was going to die, yet He remained calm and even strengthened the disciples, who were terrified just by hearing about His impending marthyrdom.

The Savior encouraged them to have faith to overcome sadness and persecution. Faith is the remedy against despair, fear, and external pressures. Living faith makes us resist the emotional tension caused by problems and makes us unshakeable in the face of adversity
