Jeremiah 48: Judgement on Moab
Against Moab. The Moabites joined the Babylonians to invade Judah. They helped Nebuchadnezzar by sending troops to his army (2 Kings. 24.2). Because of this, God Himself avenged Israel. According to historians, the Babylonians, allies of the Moabites, destroyed Moab about five years after the destruction of Jerusalem.
