Lift up your voice like a trumpet. The Almighty God commanded the prophet to confront publicly the sinful behavior of the people. This had to be done in a clear way and without confusion.

When shouting, Isaiah would confront the hypocritical way people were living.

They professed faith as a mere religious formality since they worshiped the Lord, but their conduct completely violated His Commandments. We believe that the word of God must be proclaimed today with the same determination, as clear and strong as in the past; because like Judah, millions of people continue to walk toward destruction.
