The handkerchiefs and aprons that had been in contact with Paul’s body were taken to the sick and demon oppressed. Obviously, the material had no supernatural power to heal and free, rather it was faith in the Word of God that caused the miracles.

The Lord Jesus had also used resources such as dirt and saliva to awaken the faith of those in need (John 9.6). God is not limited in what He can do in a person’s life, on the contrary, He does what it takes to awaken a person’s fragile and sleeping faith so that a miracle can happen.
