Isaiah 33: A Prayer in Deep Distress
Woe to you who plunder. The Scriptures describe the action of the Almighty to overthrow kingdoms and tyrants. He was like this with Assyria and Babylon, empires that rebelled against His people. Sennacherib, for example, would be punished for actin treacherously against Judah.

That is, besides suffering from the fall and defeat of his own army, he would be killed by his own children (2 Kings 19:32-27).
In the same way, many people cause suffering to others and think that nothing will happen to them. Because they have free will, they believe that they can be and do whatever they want, without consequence. This thought, however, is foolishness! Therefore, be conscience that perverse behavior inevitably attracts God’s Judgment for life (Gal. 6.7-8)
