Esther 3: Haman’s Conspiracy Against the Jews
He promoted Haman. Mordecai was faithful to the kingdom, for saved Ahasuerus’ life in a conspiracy against him (2.21-23).
But, as a regard, he only received a citation of his name in a book.
Meanwhile, the king exalted Haman, promoting him to a second-in-charge position with more authority in his kingdom.
That is, he magnified a man who had a terrible character and only thought of himself, and who, in the future, would cause him problems in the empire.
It could happen that extraordinary people remain anonymous, and those who are evil and unfaithful receive the spotlight and honor.
However, even though you may not be valued, continue to testify your faith and act with sincerity, because the true reward does not come from people, but from the Almighty God.
