In the third vision, the prophet sees the chaos in Jerusalem. The end of the Babylonian exile repatriated some of the Jews who had a purpose to rebuild the Temple and restore the holy city and the nation.

This work was difficult, but in this vision, God assured the people that He Himself would come to dwell with His children. At that time, a property was only measured by its owner.

The measurement of Jerusalem, made by the Angel of the Lord, the Messiah, showed that the city is the property God, Who has plans to one day restore it for His glory. In fact, in the Millennial Kingdom of the Lord Jesus, He will be a “wall of fire” around Jerusalem, this is, God Himself will be the protection of the city.
