Isaiah 66: True Wordship and False

Heaven is My Throne, and earth is My footstool. In order for the greatness of God to be better understood by the human mind, both heaven and earth were used to describe it. Heaven appears in the Scriptures as the place where God’s Throne and His heavenly Court are.

God’s express orders to men come from Heaven. The earth, in turn, is His footstool, that is, the platform where the Almighty rests His feel when sitting on His Throne (Matt. 5:34-35).

Seeing that He Is Omnipresent and Omnipotent, how could He be confined to a physical space?

How can God be represented by an image made by human hands? And how can He be restricted to religions? Therefore, do not allow your faith to be limited to superficialities and rituals. When you pray, set your mind on the Lord, so that you can attain the vision of the Most High that is described in this verse.
