The ancient Counsels of God are His declarations once spoken through His servants. Although many years have passed, they are still valid, for the Word of the Most High holds true for all eternity. Therefore, they can never be despised.

On the contrary, we should take advantage of all the teachings contained in the Scriptures, for just as his Word brought direction to Israel, it will do so to anyone who makes good use of it.

The idea that the Biblical Principles are outdated, and therefore not fit for modern life, is utterly misguided and evil, cast with the intention of making people distance themselves more and more from the true Way: the Lord Jesus. For this reason, they find no encouragement, peace, wisdom. freedom, response, direction and Salvation.
