An absoulute example. Paul fought spiritually by keeping discipline in all areas of his life and denying himself, in order to do all that God asked of him. He also surrendered his own rights in order not to offend anyone’s faith.

The success in his spiritual life consisted in following the supreme example given by the Lord Jesus. He was the perfect model of man on earth, which is why His example should be followed.

The Savior showed us if we fully and voluntarily submit ourselves to the Father’s plans, we would please Him.

His faithfulness and His Sacrifice became real in His Speech, in His Silence, in His actions, in the use of His freedom, and in the way He gave Himself to the afflicted with the sacrificial love that is demanded by faith.
