Zechariah 9: Israel Defended Against Enemies
The sentence that condemned the enemies of Israel (Hadrach and Damascus) is the same one that blessed Israel.
God used Alexander the Great to exterminate the arrogance of the Philistines (v. 6).
This shows that the prophecy that frees the friends of God is the same that punishes His enemies. the friends of God obey His voice; the enemies rebel against His Word (Rev. 22.11-12).
