Fear. The Amorites and the Canaanites lived in the land that Lord had given to His people. When they saw that the water of the Jordan River had been divided, (a natural defensive barrier) they became terrified.

The enemies realized that nature was no longer in their favor, because the Lord who had dominion over nature, was on the side of the children of Israel. When God is for us and goes before us, He does the impossible to give us victory.

When necessary, He reshapes the structure of the earth, alters natural laws, creates extraordinary phenomena and leaves science perplexed to bless us and glorify His Name
