1 Samuel 24: David Spares Saul
Lord forbid. David had a clean heart before God. Even though he had the opportunity to take revenge on Saul, he did not harm him because he considered him as the Lord’s anointed.
This is a lesson that teaches us to never take revenge on those who hurt or have harmed us; We should do good in exchange for the evil committed against us. It is pleasing in the eyes of God to act with kindness as the Lord Jesus did.
